Hi all, just wondering if there is a "ricky williams" buzz going on down there? Do fans seem to want to accept him with open arms or is there some animosity? Im just curious how the fans are taking his return.

Try a forum search.

At least the other two guys were nice enough to answer my question. Why am I gonna sift through countless posts when I can just ask. Anyway it's not like there is a hot topic on this day, two weeks before training camp.

I wonder though, do most fans share the feeling that Ricky hurt the team and that he is not welcome, or do they "turn the other cheek?"

I want Ricky back.

You should do a search though, because most people who post all the time aren't going to reply b/c it has been discussed continuously. If you really want to know how we feel, that is the best way.

I think it is setting a bad example for the rest of the team that you can be a complete traitor to the team and Saban will take you back if your a good ball player, but hopefully coach knows what he is doing.

P.S. If he didnt owe the dolphins big bucks we wouldnt even be talking about this. Should tell you where I stand.

dude he was just trying to help you, dont take things that offensivley, and my feelings about ricky are that yeah im still mad at him for what he did and as long as he can help the team out and then get out of here like he said he was planning on getting out in not a long time then so be it, i personally ont have a problem with it as long as he keeps his head on straight

ricky could do nothing to hurt us.... if he leaves again then the future is now in Ronnie Brown

Very mixed feelings.
I always liked Ricky, the guy's a powerful runner that can change a game's outcome. Yeah, he messed up but we seriously can't hurt from having him on the team now. At worst, he takes up a roster spot because we're not expecting him to start and carry the team like he did in the past. Ronnie's the future, and Ricky's just here to make the Bills cry... haha just kidding.... kind of.

people can be mad at ricky all they want, dave w. should of never put all of our eggs in on basket, if we had a alright quarterback, the dolphins could of won more games, alot of those games we lost was by close margins i just treat it as ricky was injured last year, of course i'm not excusing ricky actions, the way the team founded out was wrong that was selfish, but he's back we are better with him back
