I also had a very bad experience with the team store a couple years back. I spoke to them on the phone and wrote a long letter. Basically they did nothing for me. I will never do business with them again.
 
i ordered mine last week and it came to my front door at 9'oclock on monday morning and im on other side of Atlantic!!! so i was impressed with the speed i got it. I do have to say tho mines only a replica so i guess the authentics were going like hot cakes. Too bad. they shud have took em off the website quicker.

**** happens bro, I would be pissed too.
 
I already got my ronnie replica and I know 5 other people that got their replica jerseys, ordered the end of last week. Also used team store multiple times and love them, will continue to do biz there. Im surprised you didn't get yours ordering that early, but im sure they were flooded with orders as this got past around to A LOT of sports teams message boards, and you saw how fast word spread here.
 
The same thing happened to me Chambers rookie year, when I ordered his jersey. They were back ordered. So I canceled instead. And waited like a year, and I while got it last year. This year, I ordered an AJ Feeley jersey and a Ronnie Brown jersey, but they were out of AJ Feeley jerseys so I got it from Footlocker.com. Got my Ronnie Brown and Micmicheal jersey from them, and Madison, just fine.
 
this has taught me a lesson, when i get the money, im just buying my brown authentic from the pro shop, ill pay for it, i know ill get it, and i know its 100% authentic no worries
 
I got my Ronnie Brown jersey from teamstore.com yesturday. It's great, already wore it once

I will, thanks!! I hope to have it for the HOF ceremony. They guy told me they'd ship it free for me. I basically reserved one, but he told me to call back July 17 or 18.
