just happy to have a first round pick

i am just glad we have a first round pick this year it feels like its been a long time sence we had one. at least we will be metioned on the first day a few times the past couple of years its felt like an eternity before they would talk about us on draft day(cause you know chris berman doesn't want to talk about us)

I, for one, wouldn't be surprised if we moved down and ended up not having a 1st round pick. There is still a lot of value in getting to second round picks for our first in OL and WR.

I'm not sure I am too crazy about Miami having a first round pick. Its not like we have struck gold with 1st round picks in the last 10 years. How soon do we forget :

oh i wouldn't mind trading down and getting extra picks it has just been usually our first round pick was gone even before the draft started and it would seem like forever before they would mention us

I love that we have a 1st round pick but hate even more the fact we don't have a 2nd since we've done so good there for years.Pat,Sam,CC just to name a few. We could trade down into the 2nd round but I still don't like that we only have 2 picks on day one, considering that this is such a deep draft. That's why I didn't like the fact we made that trade last year and of course we did it again for next year.
