Because he wants to coach the Washington Huskies. Didn't you hear his press conference last month??
 
And sure he completely threw his team under the bus this season and got yelled at by his daddy. No thanks.

A source close to the situation from Alabama’s side said this afternoon that Saban had asked Alabama officials to give him until Wednesday morning to provide a definitive answer. Alabama officials were frustrated, the source said.... Meanwhile, the plane that took Alabama athletics director Mal Moore to Miami on Monday afternoon remained there late this afternoon.
 
I don't know about the West Coast Offense being installed..

But man, I really do like Jim Mora, Jr. overall as a coach. I think he has crazy potential there. That whole WCO there kind've scares me away though. If Cowher leaves Pittsburgh but expresses a desire to coach elsewhere, he'd be my clear cut personal choice.
 
I'd certainly take Mora if we have a chance. Huizenga can get practically whoever he wants and Mora has a lot of talent and charisma. He's basically a more irreverent Nick Saban.
 
Hes a guy who will throw his team under the bus at the first chance he gets. Does not accept responsibility. Good talent, but to immature. Yes a HC can be immature just as a player can be.
 
Throw a team under the bus like ditch them after two years when the first crappy but high paying college job appears?
