Among other things the Fins have dealt with this season:

1. We lose to the Jets when they are completely healthy. 2 weeks later the Jets are heading straight down the porcelain fixture.

2. We lose to the Bills with Holcomb at QB. He conveniently starts against us. Wins. And then a couple of weeks later gets injured and the Bills start losing again with Losman at QB. Now we play Losman at home when we probably would have beaten Holcomb if he were starting.

3. We actually rally against the Patriots by scoring with 2 minutes left. Of course a fluke pass to Tim Dwight sets up the winning score. And true to form, Mare missed a once meaningless FG early in the game.

Any more to add to this list?

I believe Gus threw a pick in the late goings to blow a game Vs. Atlanta. Not to mention Ronnie fumbling late in the Buffalo game on the final drive.

Poor luck has nothing to do with critical game changing mistakes.

A lot of that stuff is poor execution. I do agree with you that some of the stuff has been hard to swallow this year, but we're heading in the right direction.

It's funny how good teams usually get lucky and bad teams don't. Being 0-3 in the worst division in football is the reason why Miami won't make the playoffs. All 3 games were close, but good teams find a way to win, and the Phins are way too inconsistent right now. The thing is that last year at this time, I felt the team had no hope, now I think Saban has the team headed in the right direction. They still lack key players at key positions, but I have more faith in the new staff than the old one.

U live and u learn from yo0ur mistakes. I'm just happy about this year that we have been in MOST of our games and only 3 games we really didn't have a chance to win in at the end. This is a way better team then last year and hopefully it adds on to our sucsess next year.

We have a whole new coaching staff and a bright future....I can live with the bad luck till Saban gets this ship right. It's not like two years ago when everyone here wanted DW fired, yet he remained the HC. Now that was the perfect time to say just our luck!!!

Atleast we're heading in the right direction. I appears we may finish with a winning season next year.

You can always go back to games and find a few key plays that if they had went the other way could have changed the outcome of the game. IMO we just didnt deseerve to win most of those games, its not like we played realy well all game and then were just robed by a crazy play.

A fluke pass? Tom Brady has been doing that EXACT same thing for years.

It was'nt a fluke. It was a great throw by the best Q.B. in the game.

That pass did'nt beat us. The missed field goal, McMichael turnover, Chris Chambers dropping four passes and Scott Linehan's crapping of the bed in the 4th quarter with first and goal from the 5 yard line beat us.

After the first half of todays game which players would you keep? I believe all 11 players are on the payroll, so where are they? Taking a long lunch break?

They truly stink today....I'd keep R & R (of course) and JT no doubt, Welker?, Chambers? Who else has earned his paycheck this first half? (hey Manny Wright made 2 good tackles) . Would love to put some blame on Frerrotte but he's playig OK today. Where's his protection. 3 starters on the bench (Zach, Travis Daniels. Jr.), without these 3 we can't play a better game of football gainst a mediocre team? Well we've got another half to play, but its tempting to just turn the game off. Sure disappointed.
