As far as the lunchroom gag, that happens all the time and Martin is said to pull it all the time as well.

What is going on now is much deeper since it has been taken to these levels that Incognito is now suspended. Whatever is on the texts and voicemails has to be beyond brutal for us to be in the national negative spotlight that we are in at this moment.
