just some henne stuff i noticed

is it me or is henne hte only one that always gets the "long td pass" during these camps so far jsut as he did in Michigan. hes always looking to go deep and make the big play. good to hear on dunlaps breakaway speed something this team lacks much of.

Also, the best thign about henne is he says "Ima come in here to win and do what i can so ic an get on the field" as oppose to other QBs ( i dont wna mention his name cuz i am a fan of his as well and dont wna start another debate) that says "When the coaches think im ready i will."

i rather here someone say they are goin to win it rather hten someone wait for another man to tell em they are good to go.

I won't comment on Henne, but I will on Dunlap. The story mentioned he beat out Billingsley, who is the team speedster besides Ginn. If some of these guys make the team, it looks like we'll have some surprising speed.

i read that as well and jus tb/c someone has the best deep ball doesnt mean he is completing the deep balls. thats what im saying. look at the pass/td and they keep saying henne completes em' deep for td thast was the point.

It may have more to do with the level of coverage when he is getting reps vs looking to go deep. Some of the guys he is throwing against are not going to be on any roster after TC.
 
selective reading. i believe i've read about a few deep balls beck has thrown on a rope to kircus. and other day mcnown put a perfect ball for over 40 yards for a td to someone. I think if anything i've read about henne doing it less. he also threw int's when put with the first team.
 
at least henne didn't squander a 20 point 3rd quarter lead in his home stadium in an important championship game. Or win an undeserved MVP 5 years after having unconsentual adulterer sex with a young white female in a random colorado hotel. Did he say something tonight about drinking to help after the loss? Something about 20 shots?

Call me crazy but I doubt there would be any reports of McCown having the best deep ball out of the three QB's if he wasn't completing them.

I think these camps are important but you should be careful about drawing too many conclusions from them.

At this point it's hard to get a read on anyone. It seems like each QB had a very good day and some so so days during the OTA's.
During TC and preseason, the guy who demonstrates the most consistency will start opening day.
