Just stick with Matt Moore

I would love to see what Matt Moore can do with a full training camp as the starting QB.
 
I don't want to stick Moore just like I don't want to promise Flynn or Smith the starting job...have an open competetion.

Yep, and even if we do bring Flynn in at "Starters Money" (WTF that actually means. Jamarcus Russell was making "Starters Money X10), I believe Moore will have every opportunity to win out the starting job.
I'm personally in the camp that believes Matt Moore, with enough supporting cast, CAN take a team all the way.
Is he the best QB in the league? Hell no.
Is he top 10? Probably not...but even that is debateable.
Is he a fancy name? No, and that is perhaps the biggest knock against him, and a really shi**y knock for those that don't have any ammo.

I still have 2 games of his on DVD from last season. The kid makes some pretty damn miraculous plays. I am glad to see he is at least still on the roster. Cutting him outright would be a terrible terrible mistake. Let him come in and compete with whomever else the FO brings in. I garandamntee you he will at least be competitive and hard to surpass.

If he does end up second best, we have a pretty good QB in front of him, AND we have one of the best backup QB's in the league..and that is a very nice thing to have going on!
 
I'd also rather stick with Matt Moore if all these other has-beens are being brought in for consideration. What a joke.
 
Stick with Moore. Draft a QB. Bring in a vet to compete in camp.

Let the best man win.
 
Matt Moore will bring you Matt Barkley in 2013. At this point why the hell not!

Honestly this makes the most sense. Moore led us to a winning record the last 9 games of the season. Granted, we must replace Marshall (in the draft probably)
Take a QB in the 2nd or 3rd Round to compete.
The QBs available must obviously not provide a long term answer(Garrard) or are hit or miss (Flynn and Smith). Like others have said, if Philbin really thought Flynn was THE answer for sure, he'd be signed. He must see him as a hit or miss QB hence the low ball offer.
It stinks to think of this as another "get a band aid QB and wait till next draft" type of year but I really think that's our only option, unless a lower round (2-5) QB we may take turns out to be Tom Brady.
If the cheaper QBs we bring in work out, then great, we got em at a reasonable price and are the long term answer.
If the cheaper QBs we bring in do not work out, then hey, we bought them on the low, and should be in a good place to draft a QB next year (Barkeley, L. Jones, etc)

Since when do we only count 9 games . Moore was 6-6 im tired of people only trying to count games in a favorable way. he did a good job why do we have to make it seem like he did a better job than he did , does that make us feel better
