The play of the CBs was MUCH improved today. Specifically, I am talking about Reggie Howard who looked good coming on the CB blitz and Kiwaukee Thomas who was not flashy but shut down his man whenever he was on the field. I like Kiwaukee quite a bit, I think his experience was evident today, and Howard looked to gain a bit of confidence back. Eddie Jackson had some problems, but thats to be expected- he played way more then he ever has in the NFL and will need time to adjust.

The secondary had a fair game but did not execute when it counted. Overall, the defense in the second half played Dolphin football that we were accustomed to. We just couldn't get all the turnovers that the Defense and Special teams forced. The bright spot out of this lost IMO was that despite all of the Dolphins turnovers (5), they were still in the game of which they could have won.
