Just thought of something regarding the Pats....

well my fellow phin fans, something just hit me....everyone knows that as soon as we got Parcells in the FO we had the Dallas/ Miami connections. well now one of our rivals the NE Pats have a similar connection with the Chiefs and as we all already saw they sent Cassel and Vrable to KC. well thinking about that, who else here thinks that KC will trade LJ or T.Gonzales or both to NE for maybe L.Maronne or/and Ben Watson (TE) and maybe a draft pick? it makes all the sense in the world. the Chiefs will get a young talanted RB and TE and get rid of 2 vets who really dont have anything to play for on a rebuilding team. this will most def put the pats back atop the AFC east and AFC in general. With a healthy Brady we will be in for a hard time against that OFF.....there is no rumor about this or anything, this is all assumptions and me thinking crazy. lets hope this does not happen, but wouldnt this SUCK!!!!

The Pats are trying to get younger, not older....why go after LJ (they just signed Fragile Freddy Taylor at Running Back?) and why sign Gonzalez? The Pats have about 7 or 8 picks in the top 100 of the 2009 NFL draft. They don't need to pay for older guys with not much left in the tank.
 
Actually, the Gonzalez to NE would be an excellent move...if it were'nt for the move they just made to get Chris Baker.

Brady coming back will be enough for most people to consider them atop the east, much less the entire AFC.
 
They wont want LJ since they just signed Fred Taylor and there are many reports that the Pats are interested in Chris Baker from the Jets. I think that will be the only transaction between the Patriots and the Chiefs.
 
The patsies might just be starting to hurt from loosing all those coaches and administrators. They had a good first rounder last year, no so good the year before, and have been getting older the past couple of years. The Patsies getting desperate? If there one guy that can intimidate Bellecheat it is Bill Parcells.
 
They may have a connection with the Chiefs like we do with the Cowboys, but like us the Chiefs will get the better of the deals. We did not give the Cowboys anything huge and we got a starting TE, DT, and MLB. The Chiefs just got a pretty good LB and a starting QB.

this is true for the simple fact that pioli knows who the gems are on the patriots.
