The Bills and Dolphins match up is not a layup like some people believe. The Bills defense looked solid, they have a nice receiving corp and can run the ball with Spiller, Jackson and Dixon. Manuel looks like a young quarterback, has his ups and downs but can occasionally make plays. A lot of the things Miami did well against New England were the same things Buffalo did against the Bears. The big difference is Miami struggled early turning over the ball and the Bills forced turnovers against the Bears. What I did like from a Dolphin angle was that the plays that the Bears had success against the Bills defense are plays I could easily see Miami taking advantage of too.

Bills have been Tannehill's nemesis since his rookie season. His worst games have come against the Bills. This is no walk in the park...we're going to need to run the ball efficiently, cut out the turnovers and stop the Bills running game.

If people think Buffalo is going to be an easy win, they aren't paying attention. All division games are tough to win.

After last year, no division rival is a walk in the park. We need to remember what happened last time and serve up some vengeance.

I don't think anyone thinks this game will be easy....especially after last season.

I was actually worried more about this game than I was the Patriots game.

Yes, this is my concern as well. Does he have a mental block or something? I'm sure a lot of Bills fans have no idea what some of us see in Tannehill after the first 4 meetings. But if Tannehill plays good we should win handily.

Our defense is still extremely underrated overall but we especially seem to be very well prepared for scrambling type QBs and the read option. You're never going to get a lot of INTs vs Brady but if Manuel is off just a little bit I think this will be the game our DBs make a statement, much like our d-line did week one.

I am guessing Buffalo is going to try and key in on Moreno. This may be a game where we may need to use the pass to set up the run. However, I am ok with that. We really didn't get going on offense as far as our WR's and left a lot of points on the field (dropped TD catch by Sims; bad throw to corner by Tannehill, interception on the 5 by Tannehill.). Tannehill really didn't play all that well against the Patsies and we won. I am excited to see how we improve this week and what Lazor has up his sleeve.

The Bills are a much more difficult matchup.
They rely a lot less on what the Qb does so our pass russ is a little nullified.

Also this may be a game where we really see the loss of our linebackers.

On defense their monster D line is going to be a test for Bentons rebuilt Oline

the bills are legit up front. their d is scary as hell. gotta stop the running game. should be a good one.

Get an early lead and force them out of their game plan. Make EJ Manual beat you through the air while letting our pass rush pin their ears back. That should be this teams goal every week…get up early and let the dogs hunt

Its nice to have the confidence that the O-Coordinator will find ways to attack the defense every week. With that said I think it will be a true test to see where the dolphins are at this season.

Havent seen one post saying it will be easy, but I ultimately agree it wont be a walk in the park. Was surprised they beat the Bears though.

For as long as I can remember the Buffalo games are either us laying an egg or dominating them. For sure not a cake walk but getting them early is great.

And not to take anything away from Buffalo as they played well, but Chicago (and Green Bay, and New England, and to a lesser extent New Orleans) all proved one thing to me that I've known but a lot of people overlook... Improving the defense is a lot more than just signing a pass rusher or a DB. You absolutely still have to be able to stop the damn run.

We actually have tackles who can block people this season. You gotta respect the Bills for how hard they've played us the last couple of years, but I still like our chances to get revenge for last season's humiliation.
