Because for all the predictions here that the refs would be in the bag for Pitt; clearly they weren't. The reality is that sometimes calls go your way; sometimes they don't.

So not getting ****ed over by the refs = "calls going our way"?

The only really bad call I saw today was the hit on a defenseless receiver call. And yes, that was in Miami's favor.

However, I thought the Steelers got away with a lot of holding.

I don't know, they kept the flag in their pocket on the forward lateral. Brown bailed us out.

They tried to with the Hartline TD and non calls on the body slams, but they made a bad call with the DT hit.

There was also the "hold" on miller early in the game that was lolworthy

I just hopped over the Pittsburgh Steelers forum just out of curiosity to see what they were saying. A lot of the refs suck, Tomlin sucks, and Lebeau needs to be fired over there

I don't blame the refs for every loss. Just the ones they have a strong hand in. And that is not limited to the Dolphins. They have blown a lot of games this year. It is quite disgusting.

Ummmm...did you watch the last play? Huge misses there except the out of bounds. We got lucky one ref isn't paid off

I think blaming the refs is a loser's mentality, but when it's a blatantly obvious bad call that changes the tide of the game (PI call in the Baltimore game, pushing a fumble away in the Pats game, ect.) then it's warranted.

The NFL Officials today are a total joke.

There is nothing consistent, but back to the main subject, the refs brought the Patriots back into a division win, on a bogus pass interference call.

So, yes, I hate NFL refs because they always blow calls and decide who wins, bring the replacement refs back, please.

Yup. Cleveland/NE today. DISGUSTING.

We wouldn't know unless Brown didn't step out of bounds. Would they have said Rapeberger's lateral wasn't forward?
