Through 2 games, Fields is definitely the better QB. Lawrence has a National Championship though. Both Sophomores so, neither is in play for the 2020 draft but, I don't think we're tanking for Tua. We'll build the team and will be looking for our QB in 2021. Thoughts...

We will have our franchise QB by then, so it's pretty irrelevant.

Fields has a loooong way to go to be be an NFL passer & even with his long wind-up delivery his arm is surprisingly weak. He has trouble getting the ball to the sidelines. At this point he's a great athlete that's playing QB. Lets see how he develops year 1 to year 2 as a starter. Lawrence, though over hyped by the media, is head & shoulders above Fields even after getting off to a slow start this year.

If this team doesn't draft a QB with the top pick in the 2020 draft, the fans in Miami will burn down the team's HQ's

Fields' arm didn't look weak today. Does have a wind up tho but, it looks like he's working on that. Some throws the wind up was much more than others. He's a Sophomore tho and has a lot of time to correct that.

I kind of like the DE from Ohio State, Chase. Wouldn't mind trading back a couple spots, add more draft capital and still possibly get a QB.

^^^^^^ this.

We are going to have 4 of the top 28? Prospects if we don't draft a QB plus we will sign 5-10 mid level free agents. Our team will be good enough to win 7 games. So say good bye to Lawrence

Fields is the better COLLEGE QB. Big difference there. I don’t think Fields enters the draft until 2021 and Ryan Day will have him ready.

Interesting analysis on ESPN this morning as to how Ohio State has Fields scanning only half the field on any given play and only going through those progressions to make his decision on where to throw.
