karim abdul jabbar

He denounced his Muslim faith, joined the Methodist Church, moved back to LA, and started calling himself Sharman (sp?) Shah again.

Seriously?

I think he lost weight, grew 15 inches, learned how to shoot a hook shot and played for the Lakers.

I believe he was traded to the browns that last season for a 6th. We really just replaced him that season with A Denson. Johnson and Cecil were penicil as co starters in that season of 99.

Hey Burgh Fin Fan! I tried to email you but it says u don't accept emails. I am from the 'Burgh also, just north up here in Butler. Was wondering where you watch the fins games at around town.

Thanks dude

Ahhhh Autry Denson...that brings back horrible memories.

Yeah last I heard he was in Indy but I think he tore an ACL in training camp and hung it up. He was a hard worker and Dr Z. thought he may have been the best back in that draft. He was decent but went down if he was blown on. Jabbar couldn't break tackles to save his life.

he wasn't too bad i think if given a better line would have been good

he was a decent back and if he'd stay injury-free he really could've helped marino out. I think he was the first 1000yrd rusher in like 15 years for the Fins in his rookie season.

I loved his game against pittsburgh in 98 i think, he was the first back to go over 100 yds. in some time against the steelers
