I havent been on finheaven in a long time. and just wondering whats going on with kay jay? is he still turning heads at camp or what?
 
I'm sorry to report to you (because I know you love him) that Kay Jay sounds like he's on his way out the door.

Don't think he's gonna make it.
 
How is that? i thought somebody told me he allready signed a contract with miami? i coulda sworn thats what i herd...But anways if thats true, then damn. I really looked forward to seeing him play some thins season

Well yeah, he signed a rookie free agent contract. Everyone does.

It doesn't mean you make the team.

not quite a often as he started off doing but yes...there's a comment about every other day about him moving large #s of people in a pile forward.

I seriously think he has solidified his spot on the practice squad for this year.

If we didn't have so many good RBs in camp then he'd have a shot at the 3rd or 4th RB spot (I think it's likely that we'll keep 4 rbs on the acitce roster not only because great depth but because that's how many Linehan kept on the acitve roster with Minny where they also had good depth.
 
I really just wish he could get some playing time, i dont guess he will then...Thanks you guys!

what makes you think he's already out the door?

personally I think he makes it to the last cuts so that we can more easily sign him to the practice squad (basically because most acitive rosters will be set at that time and he's more likely to be overlooked or given an active spot because he hasn't had time to do anyting for another team)

I don't think he's gone already. I haven't seen the reports that he's done poorly enough to get cut yet.
 
But like i said, i will see him on sunday's like i planned for..

I don't remember if he said anything about him in the latest one, but in some previous ones, he definitely made comments about how Kay Jay would probably be the odd man out.

It's a good problem to have though, because we are so deep at RB.

I don't see why he wouldn't....we know that Brown won't be playing. :cry:
 
Sweet....I'll make sure to watch that game at work then...

I doubt he'll get many carries. But if he impresses us. Who know's what could happen...
