I was wondering. I believe it is safe to assume that we all give credit to Harris' recieving abilities. With that said, I believe he would be an excellent fullback in a 2nd and short, or even 3rd and short (if a pass or screen is designed). This man has explosive abilities once he sees the open field. Why not utilize that aspect of his game. Line up in the I, and send the fb, and hb in opposite directions, with McMichael blocking and or running a route on his own.

Problem with this is that defenses will know when we bring him in, that we are running a screen or a quick pass. Saban can most definetly work around this.;)

Im not too familiar with KJ's blocking abilities, but on the occasion that a blitz is recognized, we can call off his route, and use our HB and McMike's routes with KJ blocking the LB that will probably get through with our current OL.

Just a thought, what do you guys think?

Fullback is mostly blocking. Kay Jay's blocking is fairly unspectacular, for halfback standards, much less for fullback.

If Kay Jay makes it, it will be for his special teams play.

I only saw him play during the Bears. I thought Kay Jay did a great job pass blocking

if we keep a FB behind evans other than morris, it would be Martin....the O-lineman of the backfield. Now HE is a fullback in every sense of the word

Practice squad at best....maybe trade him for a 7th if we can find a team dumb enough. I wonder what the 49'ers are looking for. ;)

Lets all wave a collective "Good Bye" to Kay Jay. It was fun while it lasted.

Kay Jay will be gone.
He's nothing special.
This is the pros -- if you love him so much, get the footage from his college days.
