KC Having A Change Of Heart? Bowens/Spragan Unlikely To Return, Lelie to the Fins?

I agree, June is not an option. But there is no denying Lelie had success in Denver, strictly as a deep threat and not much else, but this is exactly what our offense needs IMO. Not that Lelie is the guy, but a deep threat to stretch the field is a need this offseason. If Northcutt is cheaper, he may be an option as well. But I wouldnt be opposed to bringing in Lelie if we dont need to break the bank.
 
Yes to Ashlie Lelie. He'd give us that speed we need. He didn't do much in Atlanta but that was with Vick throwing the ball.
 
I would hate to see David Bowens leave.

I've always found David Bowens to be an underrated member of the team. Good situational pass rusher, great special teams guy, seems like a good leader. Hes a nice player. I mean, he can be replaced, but I am shocked that not even an offer was made.

I think the big news in there is Carter. It appears he likes playing opposite the defensive player of the year. Heh, imagine that.
 
half of that stuff is BS,THERE'S NO WAY WERE INTERESTED IN ASHLIE LELIE. the guy is'nt half the receiver booker is,is an underachiever malcontent that is not good enough to replace anyone on our roster
 
why is this team so desperately trying to sign a free agent wr ( stallworth,northcut or lelie)and a over the hill bumb qb in green.The draft has plenty of young wrs that can be helpfull and green is a joke.To give a pick for a 37 yr old player like him is a waste.Havent we gave enough picks away for qbs ( feely and c-pep ).Im wondering if they trade 4 green what happens to c-pepp ???

I dotn udnerstand tho, if miami lets bowens walk, im assuming roth takes bowens spot when JT goes to OLB but where is carters sub? cuz roth IS carters sub and bowens was JT's. kinda confusing there, wonder what they got in mind. If we address SOLB tho, expect a LT, QB, or S in our draft and nothing more for round one, unless a DE ala JT's replacement.

Lelie i guess i would like but the fact taht denvers G is a back up is a good thing. b/c that means we are going for the TOP G's first :) unlike last year in hutch or bentley. also, june is too small and odno who on earth polko is loll.
