Stockpile those draft choices Mr. Mueller! Trade'em all! Everyone must go! Gut this team and build through the draft. No more hanging on to hopes of "breakout" seasons for players who've been teasing us for years. Get rid of expensive stop-gap free-agents.
 
I am so upset that McMichael is being considered as someone to trade though. I kind of knew this would happen though. A new coach coming in always wants to rebuild the draft but come on, McMichael? Not only did that get me mad but for only a 3rd round pick? I am going to cry. :(
 
This is what needs to be done, we should all be thankful Mueller and Cameron are doing it.
 
i gotta agree. i think he is getting rid fo the players taht have LOSING mentalities.
 
Yeah, gut the team and build through the draft. This way we may make the playoffs again by the time I'm 75. Way to go. Develop those drafted rookies, if you draft right. In three years maybe they'll be worth something and by then Taylor, Thomas, Holliday and a few others on D will be gone and take another 3 or more years to rebuild the defense. I sure am getting weary of hearing just 3 more years.:sidelol:

So this is the thread where the smart people hang out?

The more draft picks the better. We can combine them to move up if so needed. I think there are finally some people running the front office that are looking farther ahead than 1 season.
 
Do we trade McMicheal for a 3rd round pick and then bring in Jerramy Stevens for Seatle. Just a thought!

Most definately. There's been a losing culture stinking up this franchise and the mentalities of the players on it. At this point, it's better to go in another direction with players who have a clean slate "upstairs."

McMike has had some nice games over the years, but he has also had a history of dropping passes. There are a lot of good TE's out there...Olsen of Miami, Miller of ASU....I think he would be worth a third.

Your way of thinking has worked wonders for this team in the past, hasn't it?
 
McMike and CC are the two players that I think we should trade. We can get decent picks for them, and they won't be missed. The more picks, the better.
