Kellen Moore for HC?

No.

No more Miami being the "place you get to go to try out being an NFL coach".
That's how it is in the NFL. The coaches that are successful and have tenured careers aren't going anywhere.

It's either Eric Bienemy or Kellen Moore. Current OC folk that will be getting interview requests.

I dont think Flores is going anywhere.
Well, I wouldn't be so sure. In the NFL, someone has to be the fall guy for the demise of the team. Gase was gone after 3 years. Why is Flores immune? Guaranteed contracts don't mean anything with head coaches. Two and a half years more of this debacle? Ross might go after Harbaugh again. Or, bring in a young OC for a shot, as mentioned in another comment of mine.

Moore. Bienemy ...

Might happen....

I don't believe ....that's "how it is".

It is how you decide for it to be.

And no one wants Bienemy, and this year in KC isn't helping him.

I don't think any reputable coaches are packing their bags to come to this dumpster fire of an org
We probably have to roll the dice again on a rookie coach or stick with Flores and see if he can turn it around...

I feel all is going to be dependent on who our next GM is, and that will be a big factor in who will be interested in Coaching for our Dolphins. If we do clean house, I'm thinking there is going to be multiple teams looking for a new head coach. Fire Grier now that is all.

After this season, does Kellen Moore nice the needle as a possible candidate for HC in Miami?

He's an offensive guy, young, innovative on play design, and liked by many within the league circles.

Thoughts?
We won’t be in the running for him. I could see Pederson, which I’d be ok with, but most of the top tier guys will stay where they are at or choose an organization that isn’t as dysfunctional.

The next search will be like our last. We’ll be begging guys for interviews and getting turned down. Then we’ll end up with a weak selection and have to offer 5 years guaranteed. Although if they cut Flores loose after 3, they’ll want more than 5 years probably.

I just fear that we’ll be the Texans of the next offseason and land a candidate no one even would have interviewed. That is a legitimate possibility as long as Ross owns this team.

Ross was allowing this group to pursue Watson. I see that as a sign that that they are here for at least one more year. You wouldn’t leave a decision like to people who are no longer going to be with the franchise.

I don't think any top flite coach would come here to work under Ross even if we paid them mega dollars !!!
I think this is a real problem and it’s probably gone on longer than we realized. We were told each hire was the next young mastermind. In reality, I don’t recall many - if any - veteran coaches ever interviewing for the vacancies that open every 3-4 seasons here.
