Isnt Kelly Campbell facing felony weapon and drug charges right now? How can he be playing? I live in Atlanta and he just got in a load of trouble last year. Whats up with that?

He settled with a deal. He is free to play.
 
i think i read(here?) that he reached some kinda plea deal and is on probation,and now he just has to stay outta trouble...what trouble could he possibly get into in south beach.....
 
hanging out with ricky can get him into trouble if it is indeed weed ricky tested positive again for.
 
well if he wants to contribute to a contender he came to right place,i dont think we spent too much on him so if he messes up then oh well,isnt that the only problems hes faced or does he have a history as a problem child?im not 2 familiar with campbell
 
Not quite on topic, but my roommate went to HS with him said he was a class clown.
 
good to know he is free to play. i remember reading he had charges against him but i figured he would either get a deal or something and not serve jail time.

Didn't they already confirm it wasn't weed and that it was a yoga supplement? Campbell will be fine Ricky or no.
 
i think they unofficially confirmed it wasnt pot...if denver had kept they mouth shut this would prolly already be resolved n we would never heard it,but since its public they have to play it out so they appear to be tough on violaters.even though it was only(hopefully) a friggin supplement
 
Just Stop it, The guy is ready to play ball. I got a DUI, and I sure don't want any of you talkin Sh!! about that. Don't throw the first stone cuz you might get jacked.
 
could some one go back and dig up all the THOUSANDS of
posts and threads before last season started about how "the best thing about getting saban is he will NEVER sign players with questionable character like wanny". you can bet on that!!!

signing players with questionable characters is not a problem. keeping them in check is where i expect saban to out-perform wanny in ever sense of the word.
