Ken Dorsey???

I have nothing but love for Dorsey being a HUGE UM fan...but the guy is not a quality starter in the NFL and unfortunatly....he never will be. I always pick him up and put him on my Madden squad just to have a UM Alum as my third stringer. :D

No---- not the end of story. Both Feeley and Ferotte have been on teams that had good o-lines and WR who could provide seperation. Miami has an offensive line that is in transition (we hope will get better), and the only wide-out on this team that has the speed for seperation is Chambers.

Watch the game a little more closely and you just may blame the current QB's less. They did and would win again on more complete teams.
 
Berlin is better then Dorsey no doubt, Dorsey is a college QB who is too small
 
As much as I loved this guy at The U, his arm make's Fiedler's look like a cannon!

No way! Anyone who's a Cane fan saw this coming years ago - Dorsey was never going to be a good NFL QB. At Miami, he barely was touched, allowing him to throw whenever he wanted, and under the most perfect of conditions. Let's just say the Dolphins' O-line offers a slightly less ideal situation. :rofl3:

Ive seen stupid threads from people with 1000 posts before. Your number of posts doesnt indicate how smart you are when it comes to football and thread ideas. It indicates how much time you put into the boards. I for one am very busy with football practice all the time and now school. So i dont post very much. Why not have an age limit.. 15 or older to post to avoid immature threads. I dont want that. You dont either, so you see what im sayin. If you wanna avoid stupid threads pay for the fin heaven premium membership.

Give me a break. Neither Frerotte or Feeley has had consistant success in the NFL. Frerotte is a journeyman who has never led a team to any significant success, Im not sure the guy has ever played in a playoff game. Feeley had what 3 or 4 games with the Eagles a few years back? He couldnt even bump Detmer from the depth chart there. These guys are terrible. Yea our oline needs help and our Wr's arent great either but the Qbs are terrible. If you think Feeley or Frerotte would win anywhere then you need to watch the games a lot more closely because they so obviously stink, its not even close, we have the worst Qb combination in the NFL.
 
After thinking about the available roster spots and from what we hear about Saban's philosophy of building through the draft, I firmly believe we will not sign another quarterback until next year. The only exception to this may be for an injury.

We should at least bring him over for a look if he gets cut, hes way better than Berlin and hads more potential than Sage.

I'll give you this : On a solid Offensive team he might be able to play. Until we can protect and create a pocket , an average to below average QB has no chance.

Did somebody put a gun to your head and force you to read the thread? Did you consider that some people enjoy this kind of speculative talk, throwing ideas around and pondering hypothericals?
