Jacox isnt that great in pass protection, but his run blocking was part of the success of L. Tomlinson and Deuce Mc. respectively... he is a veteran, likely has familiarity with H. Houck from his time in S.D., and Mueller prob. knows him from his stint with the Saints... just because a player is cut doesn't mean they arn't that good... besides, having an experienced linemen on the O-line gives me more peace of mind than a younger inexperienced player...

This could be a very good pickup indeed. Particularly with McKinney and Toledo being shelved for the year. Bennie Anderson did not show he is starter material in preseason IMO...maybe not even backup material. It will be interesting to see if Jacox goes to center and Hadnot moves to RG.

He played at K-State, so he's alright by my book. Maybe he'll turn out better than he's shown in the past.
