Kenny Stills had 85 catches for 931 yards and three touchdowns last year with the New Orleans Saints.

DAVIE, Fla. -- It's not often that a young, up-and-coming wide receiver changes hands in the NFL before his rookie contract expires, but such was the case for Miami Dolphins wideout Kenny Stills.

He had a breakout season with the New Orleans Saints in 2014, catching 85 passes for 931 yards and three touchdowns, but was dealt to Miami earlier this offseason in exchange for linebacker Dannell Ellerbe and a third-round pick.
The move initially came as a shock to Stills, who is entering his third professional season, but any uneasiness he may have had with the transition has long since dissipated.
"It's been going great," Stills, 23, said after Miami's first day of organized team activities. "Just learning as much as I can every day and trying to make improvements on my season last year. I'm learning the system and getting comfortable with all of the guys."
The first day of OTAs can be much like the first day at a new school for a player embarking on their first season with a new team. There are new faces, new teachers, new books and a whole new curriculum to learn in a short period of time.
For Stills, though, it was just another day on the job.
"I think the biggest difference is just being in a new setting and having new teammates and seeing new faces," he said. "It's work, and I treat it that way. It's great and I love being here.

The more I think aboput the Saint offseason the more I begin to wonder how much influence Ireland had on it...

Dealing a player like Stills for a 3rd and Ellerbe, draft a pillow soft Tackle like Peat in the first, Trading away Jimmy Graham have Ireland written all over them...anyways.

I still think getting a young guy who has already proved he can be successful in the NFL is a steal...get option and perfect as a role player number 3/4 guy at WR.

Agreed. I don't care how much S Payton spins it; NOLA's offseason screams of Jeffy's particular brand of idiocy.

I can only hope for Brees that Peat isn't "snakesoft"

I loved this trade.. Got a young proven ascending player.

That's good because i know some questioned his dedication to the game. That's why Brees supposedly didn't like him

That and other rumors....

Something about Stills saying that Wranglers are ****ty jeans...

Stills is a rising star.

He and Parker are arguably the top two receivers taken by any team (obviously Stills was not out of college but earned with a 3rd round draft pick).

Now you have Parker (1st round), Landry (2nd round), and Stills (third round) - interchangeable and unique talents.

Sooooooo...they couldn't find a picture of him in a Dolphins training uniform?

article is wrong, he had 63 catches but 85 targets ,i guess the writer mixed that up

This has to be the best set of receiving options for the Fins in this century...

Century i believe means since 2000. If that was what he meant then yes it is the best core since 2000
