Its been painfully evident this team has lacked discipline, work ethic, leadership and accountability for far too many seasons. While the pundits only look at Miami’s talent level and rank them near the bottom, the intangible is the chemistry and will to fight for 60 minutes every week no matter the obstacles. These intangibles can turn losses into wins and become infectious.

Here’s to Miami proving the pundits wrong in 2018.
