wow did he look good or what he seeme3d to be in a lot of plays and he looks huge as well... I just be came pro-vickerson...to all yee welcome aboard

It comes down to Zgonina or Vickerson - the veteran or the young guy. Miami already has a lot of veterans on the D-line. I bet Vickerson gets the spot over Zgonina. Zgonina could be trade material?

I thought Vickerson has played very well this preseason. Tough to let a draft pick go who looks good. I think he is odd man out though unless Saban pulls some moves.

If it comes down to that then Vickerson all the way.

Vickerson is going nowhere, Zgonina will be traded or cut.

Zgonina is the solid old vet who just makes play for us. There is a team out there that can use a guy like that, and with the age of our D-line, you have to think they'll hang onto Vickerson.

Evans, Vickerson, Roth, and R. Wright hopefully can start to lay the groundwork to getting some youth on our D-line.

I would try to package Zgonina and Maybe Fred Gibson to get Chris Brown. Especially with the news on Sammy Morris.

This cat Vickerson better make the squad. From what I've seen of him this preseason, he's a beast. We've got enough veterans and need youth like Vickerson's.

Agreed on the need for some influx of youth on the D-line. As the season goes the vets will get tired, and we need to have the right rotation of vets and youth through out the year.

Now, I'm not saying he's going to be the next Daryl Gardener (when he was behaving), but his size is freakishly similar. He can collapse the pocket at will.

I see what you are saying. I think if we play the young guys with the vets, the vets will rub off on them, and be coaches on the field. These young guys probably won't have better mentors in the league.
