Dolphins | R. Williams camp zeroing in on what caused failed drug test
Sun, 12 Mar 2006 06:04:23 -0800
Barry Jackson, of the Miami Herald, reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/22/nfl">Miami Dolphins RB Ricky Williams and his representatives, working on their appeal of a drug test that could result in a one-year suspension, have begun zeroing in on the herbal supplements he has taken after learning some can mimic a banned substance...

Same people that gave us the Givens resigned with NE BS. But I've got to think that this is the truth. So looks like we'll definitely see Ricky next year.

Well we kinda knew that already but the bad part is the loss in equity it cost us. Now he will have to play another year for us to re-prove his commitment before he can regain some trade value for us. Some fault still lies on Ricky though.......If you know your going to be tested for drugs all year long and you already know that some of these herbs can mimic another illegal substance why would you even mess with them. Personnally, I don't even know why he takes that crap anyways, he wouldn't need that stuff if he just ate his Meat and Potatos.:goof:

It's never a bad thing to have the best runningback on your team for another year is it? Go Ricky bring us back some of those bellie dancers you've been pimpin in your tent in India.

many herbal supplements do miniminic drugs and also can cause drug reactions, i am surprised that the NFL does not get a list from the athlete of the supplements he takes so they know in advance what to expect in the test

.....Don't worry. I'm not bitter at the league. Matter of fact, I applaud them for trying to clear this mess. Now I'm going to invite them to dinner. Here's their main course.

Right. Because he would bother going to trial knowing he was guilty. Jeez, some people just cannot let some things go.
