Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports agent Rick Smith confirmed that free agent QB Sage Rosenfels (Dolphins) will arrive Sunday afternoon, March 12, in Cincinnati for a visit with the Bengals and will leave Monday, March 13.
