No T-wolves are my fav team.Kg is my fav player seening him traded will be hard. But I wan't him to win a championship.Man Mchale is the worst owner.

I'm also a diehard wolves fan, and if they trade KG, they might as well board up the Target Center, because they won't be able to give tickets away for at least 5 years. Unfortunately, I think it's going to get to the point where one of the Kevin's has to go, and I don't think it'll be the Kevin that I, or you want.

I think if the Knicks took Szerbiacks contract off the Wolves hands they might do it.

He'd look real good in a Knicks uniform!

You have nothing to trade. The Knicks suck and will suck for eternity. get used to it.

You have a a little thing I like to call Isiah Thomas.....until that guy goes...forget it.

I rather him go to Detroit. That way he could win a championship.

I know that the Rox sure could use him.

These rumors have been up in the air for quite a while now. It would be very interesting to see a team like L.A or New York to get Garnett, but i cant see anyone trading for him. Too expensive and too much to give up. But it's interesting to see.

Well if you didn't know Garnett took a pay cutt to get better players in the offseason. But Garnett isnt a whiney baby when it comes to money.Aka Spree and T.O.

I heard the Knicks speculation, and even read one exec say he'd bet money that Garnett would be a Knick by February. Baloney. What, precisely, could the Knicks offer other than to take Wally Szczerbiak's deal off Minny's hands? Trade a top 5 player for some salary flexibility? You've got to be kidding. If that happens, McHale should be shot at sunrise.

As for the Rockets, an offer of Yao Ming and some salary ballast for Garnett might be interesting. I don't know Yao's contract status, though. Didn't he sign a big extension? That would make him really hard to trade because of base year compensation status. However, McGrady and salary ballast for Garnett might be a possibility. The T-Wolves could save face by getting a superstar back in return. Meanwhile, the presence of Garnett might be just what Yao needs to take his game to the next level.

However, I think if Garnett gets swapped, he's going to Detroit, and not just because I want it to happen. The Pistons would have more to offer than anyone else. There's reports that they discussed Rasheed Wallace and Darko Milicic for Garnett, but obviously it hasn't happened. If they include a quality young swingman, either Carlos Delfino or Maurice Evans, that might be enough.

Unless the Knicks are giving the T-wolvs ownership of MSG the stadium itself they have nothing to offer.

Word. I seriously doubt that an offer of Channing Frye plus salary flexibility is going to get it done.

the trade i hear is kg for jermaine o'neal and some other guys

That would make sense, too. I think the T-Wolves would seriously consider a swap of O'Neal and Jon Bender for Garnett.

They want contracts that will expire this year. The only way they move Garnett is if they get major cap relief and taking on Oneal won't do that. Penny Hardaway will be an attractive piece later in the year as his contract is huge and comes off the books this year.
