I really am getting pissed at how ex-players and it seems everyone just freaking kicks the crap out of us when we are down. It is such a cheap shot.....Madison, Ogunleye, some *** from the 72 team.....everyone!

Wale wasn't even in Sabans system! He played for and was traded by the previous regime!

I just think it sucks like everyday a new player/coach/announcer has to kick us in the ribs while we are sticking by our team. God bless Marino for his support of the team and Saban. We just have to suck it up for a while, until we get better.

When the rain comes I sit home and pray
Make it all numb
I wish it all away
All i really need is just somewhere to hide away
Kick him when he's down
Here alone I'll put up and fight
Kick him when he's down
Beat me all the way I'll take it all night
Kick him when he's down
Hey, don't worry, I'll get along home alright

They have the right to.

Being former Dolphins alumni, they have the right to finally rip on the organization without being fined or suspended for conduct detrimental. And what do the Giants and Bears have in common? They're all playoff bound teams that won the division last year.

We blow right now, and we deserve being called out for it.

...although I thought Kuchenberg's comments about Saban weren't very nice

yeah, but either be supportive or don't say anything. I mean ****, the fans have it hard enough...the true fans that are 100% phin fans NO matter what. we don't need to hear madisons big mouth....no player is bigger than the team...i lost respect for madison with his comments...

So have you lost respect for anyone currently in the organization, being that several publications picked us to go to the Super Bowl, and we're 1-6? I can see Madison's point with that, and him being on a legit contender only adds to it. Let's not forget he was one of the greatest DBs this franchise has ever had.

no i haven't, unless I find out players are quitting.

WHO PICKED US TO THE SUPERBOWL??? i know SI did, but wtf do they know....if you bought into that then you are at fault for your extreme disapointment. Saban never once played us up to be contenders for the superbowl.

Madison was good...big deal....he ain't on the team....I am a fan of the team 10 times more than any individual player. I loved him when he was here, no doubt.

So, you lost respect for them for voicing their opinion?

Would you lose respect for Nick Saban if he went outright and say that his team is very bad right now? (I commend him for not snapping as of yet, as he tends to do)

Alright as long as we got that straight about Madison. I'm not extremely dissapointed in the fact that we're not a contender, I'm dissapointed that the team wasn't more rebuilt from the start and he appeared to try and make a quick contender out of a 9-7 team.

Ogun and Madison both wanted to stay, but weren't given the money they wanted. They are happy where they are now and they are WINNING. Why would'nt they talk.

Exactly. They're getting paid in more ways than one, which they deserve to, especially Madison. Madison "toiled" on this team for so long, giving it all but thanks to inconsistencies and bad coaching we fell short to actually making an impact in the playoffs.

I wish him success and lots of it, because if he does, that equals a compensatory pick for us

because they should think of the fans....the ones screaming till they had no voice, the ones that have no control over what the team does...the ones that read every scrap of dolphin news they can find.....

the ones that are suffering through a **** season, and the last thing needed is more **** piled ontop of the **** every damn day.

We're getting a bunch of garbage because everyone expected we would be good, everyone expected Saban to, stealing a line from Dubya here, "stay the course".

But here we are. All the players are playing for, up to this point, is their game checks and thats it.

You know what it boils down to? That the ex-Dolphins players are right. As this team stands right now, they are all right. We stink. If and when things are turned around, we can then stand up and say, "You guys were wrong." Until then, how can we disagree? It's not even possible to disagree with the criticism of this team, the coaches, or the entire organization. Right now, we are embarrassing. What's most embarrassing is watching this team go out and play with no desire whatsoever. We're 1-6. Is this team, talent-wise, a 1-6 team? Not hardly. Not saying that we should be on a hard charge to the Super Bowl, but we should be better than 1-6. So something else is wrong with this team.
