The four onside kicks is sort of overblown. If people think he's going have that type of success rate regularly on onside kicks they're mistaken. Parkey had a great year for MIami but if you're saying he could be the difference between the team winning 5 games or 7 games I don't see the point in over paying for a kicker. If he's the difference between 10 and 12 that's another story. Overall I just don't think there's a big difference in the win column having a 90% kicker as opposed to having an 80% one. You're typiclly talking about a two or three make difference and odds are they're not all going to be the difference in the outcome of games. Where I do see having a kicker like Parkey as a major plus is that you can be aggressive inside the 35 because you have a little more confidence in the kicker. Even though the number of makes and misses aren't that great, it can impact how an offensive co-ordinator calls plays.
