thank you
looks like its our best option and it sounds good to me, start kitna for about 10 games then if were out of the playoff race bring in the future jay cutler!
haven't really watched him play this year and since you're a season ticket holder you can more than likely tell me, what kind of offense is vandy running this season and how often have they changed offensive schemes since cutler has been there because stats wise he seems to be flourishing in the scheme now but if they've changed often it's a good indicator of his learning curveNashPhin said:Jay is a very raw prospect. I have personally watched him as a Vandy season ticket holder for the last three years. I think he has the size, arm strength, and foot quickness to be outstanding, but he is in no way prepared to step in next year and contribute.

kitna is a free agent after this season and cincy def. won't franchise him so he'll hit the market unless they resign him during the season which i don't think he'll let them do because he has the opportunity to start somewhereDeeAy3000 said:Kitna and Cutler would be an ideal situation in my opinion. Face it folks, if we are gonna draft a QB high (Which I think we will) Gus will be here for one more season to teach the system. Gus is not an accurate passer but, the guy isn't an idiot, makes few mental mistakes, and knows Scott's system.
if no kitna who do you propose we get to groom our young QB surely you don't want to keep Gus another seasonDoktor Ivel said:no kitna
thats what i'm saying, not only do i not want Gus to not start next year but i'm even more adament about him not grooming our rookie Qbckparrothead said:Please no Gus.
