Arizona would probably pick up Jay Cutler if he falls to them.

so im wondering.. if we end up with Brees.. and a top 3 QB falls to our pick in the draft, do we take him? Part of me thinks we should use the pick for other needs BUT.. if it were Cutler or something... it sure would be tempting to take him. (kind of pull a San Diego move) besides theres never a guarantee with Brees and his shoulder. trading down might not even be an option... as you have to have a trade partner willing to do the trade to begin with.

I thought so too, but Davis that TE gets to arizona teams up with Boldin, Fitz, warner and edge would be impressive. In addition they still need some major OL help too. So it may be that Cutler falls that far now. Just need to wieght Cutler with No1 or Bree and a corner with the no1.

The candidates for the qbs are still strong. Saints (hopefully if we get brees), jets, titans, cards and ravens will all want qbs.

This is great news. It was between the Lions / Jets for Kitna, and now it looks like they'll be stuck with Ramsey. And we all know how great he is. LOL!!!!!

PHINZ RULE!!!

Davis will go to Oakland if Daunte goes there, but if Young is available do you really take him with the receivers there??? They'd be underutilized beyond belief.

watch out for oakland to land davis. he will be top 10 for sure. but your right, az could use a FREAK tightend and they would be one of the scarriest offenses, with some o line help of course

If one of the big 3 quarterbacks fall to us, we take him. Period

Actually I wouldn't mind giving up a 4th or 5th rounder for Ramsey rather than possibly giving away 10 mill in gauranteed money to Chad Pennington (whoops I mean Drew Brees) or trading a 2nd round pick for Mark Brunell (whoops I mean Daunte Culpepper).

Settling for mediocrity sounds like a great plan for the Jets. Great idea!!
