Does anyone know if he has played yet? I havent seen him out there. I think once he knows the defense we should give him a shot at howards position because howard has been pretty bad. It cant hurt.

Howard made some bad plays last week. But I think the defense in a whole was laying off the Jet WR's. He slipped on one play, and missed a tackle on one also, but other than that, I don't think he played any worse than any of the other DB's.

With the exception of the first preseason game against Chicago, and maybe this game against the Jets, Howard has played really well.

my only problem with Howard is that he consistently lets recievers get over the top of him. Fortuently we haven't been killed by it but sooner or later the qbs are going to start hitting these recievers

I love the way these thread turn...

The guy asked about Kiwaukee bt, turned right into a Howard/JT corner convo...

to be Honest, I haven't seen KT out there at all, not even on special teams where he's suppose to be an ace... I don't even know if he's even dressed for any of the firsttwo games.

I believe Kiwaukee was on the inactive list last week.

He was. He has been on there for the past two games. I wonder why he isn't playing? :hmmm:

Inactive twice, while Eddie Jackson has played.

My explanation: Kiwaukee is taking some time to learn the D and ST schemes. Eddie already knows our ST scheme because he played in Carolina with their ST Coordinator (now Sabans right hand man) Scott O'Brien. I see KT in the lineup if not this week, then certainly after our bye.

He made "some" bad plays last week? Are you kidding???

I guess some folks are unwilling to believe their own lying eyes.

Howard is awful as a nickel back, pitiful as a starter and a terrible special teamer.
He has no redeeming qualities especially given his cap value.

If you have any doubts about his value or lack thereof, consider who signed him when we needed a QB and more O-line help.
