Knowing now would you...

Lets review this idiotic post after a year with Trent and Luck together.....3rd or 4th rd my a**.
LoL, I wonder if you feel the same if he went to a different university...
But seriously, a 1st round pick on a RB traded away after just one year?

You realize the production he's putting up now can be found in pretty much a 3rd or 4th round pick? He has looked mediocre and has absolutely no explosive plays.

Yea lets review it in a year when you are wrong. That will be fun.

You got it big boy.

No....never use a HIGH number one on a running back.....Clev. overpaid using the number three overall pick....especially since alot of those picks were from Atl to get Julio Jones.
I would have taken Julio to start building a team around..but Indy, allready having their franchise QB....well ,Trent is very good value at a late 1st rounder...
Clev. was all but through trying to run the ball by halftime of most games, being in catch up mode most of the time.
I love Eddie Lacy...but no,he isn't in Trent's class.
DT and Lamar Miller? I like them because their Dolphins, but PLEASE!!!!!!

I think it was a good deal for both sides, but if I had to pick a winner I'd prob go Browns. You're a team in rebuild, you wanna be sure of getting that QB high and you trade away the least important position on the team, a guy who's running style likely means a short life span in the league and you replace him with a first rounder. Browns fans aren't gonna be happy but that team has some serious pieces, they could turn into the Chiefs of this past year. They got Joe Thomas, Alex Mack, Josh Gordon, Jordan Cameron, Joe Haden, Phil Taylor, Kiki Mingo, Paul Kruger, Ahyta Rubin. They add a QB and another weapon on offense and they're a team with some upside with that defense.

You do understand that all they have left from ALL those picks for Julio Jones is Phil Taylor....Some teams should not be allowed to have extra picks when they are stupid.

For instance, the Miller TD this week, I don't think Trent runs that one in...

WHY?...that was a huge hole...Plus, they are both 4.3 guys..and Trent is bigger and stronger.

Lamar has been underwhelming so far.

He seems a little contact shy to me.

What happened to the rb from Notre Dame that we had in preseason?

No way would I trade a first round pick for a running back that has a salary cap number of $5 million this year and $6 million next year, plus he will want an extension after his rookie contract runs out. On top of that he is the type of running back that takes a beating. I would not want to pay big money to a running back, especially one with his style of play. I would want an explosive multi- dimensional player if I was going to pay anyone decent money at that position. Richardson could be good, but I don't think he will be great. Even great running backs are not a necessity in order to win in today's NFL.

Trents salary for this year is 1.3 mill....2.2 in 2014 and 3.1 in 2015...the signing bonus is Cleveland's problem
Trent is big, fast and catches the ball....multidimensional
And he can pass protect for a franchise QB.

You do understand it's a different FO, same reason they just traded their 3rd overall pick from 2 years ago...

He is over rated in my opinion.
