Knowshon Moreno needs to be the starter

Moreno had more yards tonight than Miller has all preseason. If Moreno wins the job by default then that's fine with me.

Well considering there are 32 starting RBs, me saying that he is top 20, puts him around 16-20. I would call that average. :chuckle:
 
Moreno looked extremely solid tonight. Love seeing a guy fired up and engaged in the game. He's a good fit for a pass first offense, which is what you saw in Denver. Hard runs, broken tackles, doesn't fall on first contact, makes quick decisions, great pass protection, good hands out of the backfield - this guy gives us a better chance at winning.

Miller falls on first contact, bobbles too many passes, and is a liability in pass protection. Amazing speed but better as a second option at this point

Didn't Miller have a dropped pass tonight?
 
Still don't get the Miller love on here. Guy has done nothing in a Dolphins uniform, has terrible hands, no vision and can't pick up a blitz yet some posters will fight tooth and nail for him. Sometimes I fell like if we acquired AP fans would still want Miller to start.

They won't be. Two absolute jags. Ireland was worse than Hitler.

And Darkwa needs to be on the 53. He'll get snapped up off the PS very quick as soon as injury happens for another team at RB.

I actually think both Moreno AND Miller played well tonight as well as the offensive line which helps. But I won't get too excited about it because Dallas defense is terrindous
 
Moreno has been the best RB on the roster since the day he was signed. Hilarious watching all the hate for the guy on this site because he didn't tear it up day one in camp. Just because he isn't elite the guy has had way too much criticism. He is a complete back just doesn't have game breaking speed.

I don't understand the lovefest for Miller and the hatefest for Moreno. Miller is fast and can rip off big runs when he has a big lane. He doesn't create anything on his own.

I like Miller. He has been working hard and looks improved and is running tougher. Still has a ways to go to be anything special/a complete back.
