Knowshon Question

Lord knows I was left talking to myself at times last year watching Miami's offensive line.

Knowshon has the reputation of being extremely high character. I thought that Mike Wallace was probably having a bit of fun re Knowshon comments.
BTW - Big Weirdo was J-mart's nickname before becoming a bit of a reptile

yeah wallace was def having fun with it...but i do believe he is silent on the bench and players notice it..but i believe they are feeding off his attitude now and as long as he is producing they will cosign his behavior...i see nothing wrong with being who u are anyways...the man can ball.

Some guys have a different mental Makeup.....wasn't Portis and oddball as well....maybe it is a RB thing

I wouldn't want to talk to this dude on gameday either.

"Monster" Moreno or whatever he wants.

I was the same way in highschool. It is just a different level of intensity. Its a really good thing. A more potent focus. You get really crazy but more controlled at the same time. Its like your body is giving you a pure drug of motivation and adrenalin. Its a good thin. I mean look at the way everyone acted when he ran. He inspired and motivated everyone else. Miller took not and ran harder, the best I had ever seen in run since he joined our team. Wallace ran and LOWERED HIS SHOULDER instead of running out of bounds. We needed that. The team has fight and maybe even a little swag now. Wilson got decked and Finnegan was PISSED about that cheap shot. Good. I am happy we have a team like this now. Hope the entire dolphins team catches Knowshon's intensity.

He didn't seem weird to me on the sidelines pumped up giving high 5s

Lol I like that he was pacing the sideline like a caged lion staring down the pats...that's good ****.

If he stays on here I don't care if he speaks Klingon on gamedays!

Is he a weirdo?

both tannehill and wallace said they don't talk to him during the game. Tanne also said Knowshon talks to himself all the time. It seemed strange the way they talked about him.

either way, great game for him today

Yah, from what I read, he's 'to himself' a lot, but I wouldn't doubt that's he's playing with a big chip on his shoulder - I really thought the Broncos made a big mistake in letting him go.

Did Armondo write this at the zoo?

He runs like a Klingon would..

Just hope he stays healthy, running like he did yesterday has been long overdue in these parts.

Knowshon gave this team an attitude and a swagger. I've not seen a runner that powerful in a Dolphins' uni since Ricky.

His determined running style and fighting for every yard made this OL take notice. When I saw the OL pushing him forward through the pile, I realized these guys are fighting for each other. It should not be overlooked that Knowshon elevated the play of the OL. He was just as responsible for us giving up only 1 sack as the OL. The OL did the pass blocking. But it was the energy they got from Knowshon that made them win the tough downs and tough yards.

It's safe to say, today he was the heart and sole of the offense. I don't what stars have aligned here, but I saw a man possessed who put this team on his back and willed us to a dominance we've not had in some time.

I'd like to send another shot out to Satele. He isn't the strongest or biggest guy in trenches. But today he was in charge of the line. You could see as soon as he stepped up to the ball, he was a general on the LOS. His attitude in calling out the protections and identifying the pressure seemed to focus this unit. What he doesn't have in ability, he overcome in attitude and desire.

Satele has been a true professional in his return to the team that drafted him. And for that I thank him.

In many aspects today, we beat an aging team and that should not be overlooked. The Patriots were revealed for the weaknesses they have. We starred down 2 legends that have haunted us for a long time. And we finally put them to rest. This game doesn't make us world beaters. But we DID take care of a business. The better team won. As we SHOULD have. But those have been big hurdles for us in the past: overcoming dogma and taking control oif the game and our destiny.

It's just Week 1 and their are much better teams out there. But we took care of business and developed an attitude. It was a good week.
