Kovacs to be released

DEC should give it a rest. They were lucky their client was employed as long as he was. Plus, Miami has a high rate of having a player return after getting cut. I would not bring Kovacs back now.

I wonder if it is for interior linemen. Supposedly, Turner and Thomas got hurt yesterday. Plus, they need more DT bodies.
 
Also hoping Thompson gets called up. Could also be interest in Cary Williams?
 
Kovacs was ok on special teams but not a good safety. Cedric Thompson looked awful in preseason vs 2nd & 3rd stringers so meh if they bring him up. I guess since this season is already lost it won't be a big deal seeing Thompson get toasted instead of someone like Aikens.
 
He better save that tweet, it will be used again.

It happens when you are at the bottom of the roster. He's not the first player in the NFL to get released on Tuesday, he won't be the last. Props to Canter for sticking up for his client but he knows it's the nature of the business.
 
We should have 2 roster openings on the 53 man tomorrow as Robert Thomas should be placed on I.R.. Also there is 1 opening on the practice squad as well.
 
Jason fox needs to be released I can't understand for the life of me why he is still on this team.
