What I love about this team, is that ever since Parcells, Ireland and Sparano took over, Most of the players they have chosen to be part of this franchise have contributed greatly. It takes time but this team is playing like one...

This is why Parcells stocks draft picks. Successful teams do. Look at the Steelers, Pats, and Colts. They all have that in common with our current regime.

I'll point out the Jets that in recent years have made it a habit of trading their picks to try and win now. Jenkins went down, no one to replace him. Leonhard is down, same. Shepherd, same. They have no depth.

I see a lot posts about let's trade for him and give up picks. The Jets are the classic example of why not to.

There are exceptions though, player for player. Ronnie Brown for Braylon Edwards straight up was a trade that was considered and should have been done. Not sure who backed out.
