Don't know if this was posted but on tsn.ca it says kyle turley was signed by th chiefs to play RT i know we looked at him as a TE but y didn't try at his natural position and i thought his back was shot

CrunchTime said:I have no idea why the Dolphins didnt sign him.It could have been that they were afraid of his back problems. To play RT Turley will have to add quite a bit of weight. That additional weight could aggravate his back injury which means he would be on the bench a lot.
The Dolphins made a cost benefit analysis and decided it was not worth the risk. The Chiefs decided it was.
DDTDON said:There are too many wanna be mods on here. This is, in a way, Dolphin's news. We had Kyle Turley in for a visit. All the poster was saying was why did we not sign him as offensive lineman instead of trying him at TE, I believe this is relevant to the Dolphins. People need to stop being so anal. Also thanks to the poster for the info, that is a question I was asking myself. TE, I believe, is not a pressing need for us, but you cannot have too many offensive line players.
