LaCanfora on NFLN reports.....

Watch for McCoy before this thing is over.

Don't care who they get, all I want to see is a guy who knows how to manage his damn timeouts.

So sick of Sparano's awful game management.

I'd love to hear this from anyone but Canfora. Unsubstantiated are the only kinds of reports he knows. McCoy is an exciting option. Even before Tebow madness, he made Delhomme seem a passable NFL QB. That is as astonishing a miracle as you can get in the NFL.

Just hire a guy that no one has ever heard of and be done with it.

If we end up with McCoy or Chud. Maybe bring back Nolan and Ireland gets his **** together for this draft then I might buy into this even more than the Fisher option.

Hate to potentially burst bubbles, but Jeff Darlington tweeted a couple of hours ago: "Team source says they like Rob Chudzinski but don't think he's ready to be head coach." Based LaCanfora's track record, I am going to take Darlington on this one for now.

Ok, just watched the video of the La Canfora report. All he said is that we should watch for McCoy or Chud to get an interview, was just speculation by him.

Well, at least they actually know who he is and have apparently considered him for the job. I guess that's a good sign.

Ya, but you have to start somewhere. What makes them think Chud is any less qualified than Zimmer, Toub, or Philbin? Its a crap shoot anyways.

as reported in Bucs News

"Also today, it's being reported the Bucs are arranging an interview with Carolina offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski, a fast riser in the coaching ranks who is credited with quickly developing quarterback Cam Newton, the presumptive offensive rookie of the year. Chudzinski who has worked for the University of Miami and Cleveland Browns, also interviewed for the still-vacant Rams opening.
Speaking about the prospect of Chudzinski leaving, Carolina receiver Steve Smith this week told the Charlotte Observer, "If you have any one of your good soldiers leave, the battalion is going to be down a little bit. They're going to look for that specialty that he brings to the group. Everybody kind of goes, 'Well, who's going to fill his spot?' And that's natural.

"There is a tendency to worry a little bit, to be concerned, because, 'Hey, he just got here and he's pretty darned good, and now we have to break in someone new.'"
Carolina this season set a franchise record for total yards (6,237).
