April 2013 this voice mail happened. So my question is did Martin report it? and if he didn't, why didn't he report it until right after he lost his LT gig?

You're assuming there wasn't more and more bullying going on everyday. Just because those voicemails are from April doesn't mean thats all there is.

Because that would have been spun badly for martin first he sucks now hes fighting teammates what a loser. Its all Incognitos fault. He started it and this goes way beyond a silly lunchroom joke. Martin talked to coach they did nothing so he left. Why should he continue to take abuse every day? Incognito has kept it going in the media since it happened to try to save his ass. Claiming Martin texted him not blaming him, blasting scheffter, his dad on here etc. He needs to go end of story

Here's something to ponder, did Incognito have ANYTHING to do with Martin's failures at LT?

Before you dismiss the question wanting this to all go away, think about your LT being bullied by your LG. Think that doesn't have an impact on each play? Not just the mental component of him next to Martin on each play. But what about plays Incog decided to not help or maybe "miss" a block that made Martin look bad.

All that said, I think Martin has every right to be back on this team. And his return would be nothing short of the journey Ricky had to make to come back. I think most people will want everyone involved gone, but that just speaks of their inability to accept the truth of what happened.

Wanting Martin off the team is equivalent to approving of Incognito's behavior.

I've been called and threatened worse. I can't count the number of times I've been called n***** in my life.

Martin handled this poorly. Should've been handled in the off-season when the texts and voicemails occurred.

Nah. Martin did the right thing. He had to leave the scene to protect himself physically. Good decision. Also, Martin did bring it to the club months ago and apparently nothing happened, other than the club obviously thought Martin was crazy.

What I mean is these allegation (test and voicemails) were left a long time ago. Long before last week. He's been saving them. He should've come forward before.

Also slamming your tray down and walking out isn't the best course of action now either. Leaking all the information to the media isn't a course of action either.

Exactly. Today's society glorifies the bully and puts all of the responsibility of proof on the victim. Then when proof is given, it is discredited as if the the proof provided is the ONLY time something happened. Which is just a way for a gutless human to not make the right decision.

By the time proof is recorded by a victim, they have watched everyone around them FAIL to bear witness and help with the problem. And the problem has escalated to such a point, the evidence is embarrassing for everyone to accept. Everyone who watched it happen over time bears shame for their own inability to do something about it.

But your fail of a post still places NO blame on the NFLPA. A Union that is one of the strongest in the world in doing what they need for their members. A Union REP on every team is there to enforce and ensure a safe work place. They are the FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE for their members. Not the last.

I don't think we know the date of those yet. Martin did approach the club in April and obviously nothing was put in place to prevent further escalation.

Or the simple pressure of knowing that any mistake you make can make the guy who is bullying you that much more upset...so it could have affected martins play not only physically, but mentally as well.
