I was watchin the NFL Network today and Marcus Allen interviewed Tomlinson.....after the interview Terrell Davis, Rod Woodson, Allen and some other guy lol talked about the interview and Allen said he thinks Tomlinson will single handedly re-write the record books and will be the best RB in NFL History.

What do you guys think of this??

I personally think he will break most of the records, I think he could go down in NFL History as the best ever, at least best ever all around RB, like a Marshall Faulk.

I personally think the best RB ever as of now is Barry Sanders, he was on pace to demolish the rushin record.....and I still believe Barry has better moves then Tomlinson, but what Tomlinson does is incredible, I think he will break the Rushing record, TD record and anyother recieving record for a RB........

But I would still would rather have Barry's moves lol

Tell me what you think....

P.S. sorry for the random thread lol

Tomlinson is an amazing player and Ithink if he keeps it up he WILL be the greatest RB to ever play the game... the man does it all.

Easily LT is the best RB since Sweetness in my opinion. He's an excellent reciever, a guy who can constantly get you 4-5 yards a pop rushing but also provide a home run threat every time he rushes, can do trick plays and a great team player.(And to think 5 teams passed up on this guy. What freakin idiots! ) If he keeps playing like this for years to come, you could make the case that he is the best ever.

he's pretty consistent. not as flashy as people make him out to be. 4.4 yards a carry in his career. good receiver out of the backfield, not great. average at best with blocking. gets a lot of hype

LT is sweet. Ive seen him live and he's amazing. Ill be seeing him in 2 weeks

I think he'll come close..

LT himself said it's hard to say one RB is better then the other. He said running backs are all great in their own way..like artists..everyone is different.
