He started in mocks around the 20-30 range, then suddenly was lifted to the 8-15 range...I think when all is said and done, he returns to the 20-30 range.

Thats interesting, you would think he would jump to get this out of the way?
Just the simple fact that he's involved in a world where pregnant woman get murdered is enough for me to take him off my board.

Police say she was at home and someone knocked on her door and shot her after she answered. I'm not seeing home that equals a negative strike against her or Collins.
