I believe most of the candidates they are interviewing would satisfy the Rooney Rule. They are getting interviewed because of their qualifications, not the color of their skin.
I honestly belive this - call me naive but the Rooney Rule is only perpetuating "stigma" anyways
people should do a little research on a candidate and understand a little about why he's a candidate and not just look at what team he is with.

My big reservation is that Tennessee has handed out some really bad contracts to free agents/guys on the roster. Ryan Fitzpatrick, Chris Johnson, etc.
Whoever made the call to enter the season with Fitzpatrick as the primary backup to the injury prone locker blew it bigtime. That pretty much cost them a winning season and possibly the playoffs.

I DONT KNOW WHY THIS **** , GETS BROUGHT UP EVERY TIME , i think its just stupid , just because a white guy gets a job over a black guy hes Racist ? come on now , our president is black , and i guess it was all black people that voted him in ? theres alot of possions that diffrent people do a better job at no matter what there color.....
