We get to watch Fitzmagic and Rosen. While this human highlight reel goes crazy. MVP and Grier could have had him plus a pick instead of Fitzpatrick. our damn owner sees more than Grier and this guy is going to be entrusted with a rebuild? Can’t wait to see a robotic Herbert or a gimpy Tua, LMAO, we are freaking cursed.

Unfortunately that’s what we have to deal with Year in and year out as a dolphin fan.I too, am kicking my own ass over the possibility of us having him although I don’t think he would be quite as good on our team.

Definitely another to the list of missed QB’s we could of had. Tonight’s game likely seals up Jackson winning MVP over Russell Wilson.

He really deserves, well rounded, smart, and super effective. Can’t imagine the hat his QB rating is. I hope they destroy the pats

Jackson is so electric, so fun to watch. It is discouraging that Miami could have had him. At the same time, it's hard to say what kind of success he would have here.

Great success. He would have made this team completely different. Him alone would have us at least 6 and 5 right now possibly better.

The problem is Chris Grier. We are doomed with him at the helm.

All credit to Lamar and the Ravens....but give then a year, ill be very shocked if this lasts that long. Every new scheme gets about a good 15-20 game season before coordinators figure it out. It happened with RG3 in Washington, with Kaep in SanFran, with Baker and Goff last year. The Ravens developed something completely unique in their offense and so far everyone seems inept against them, but i don't predict they become the dynasty that the Pats are/were.

Their defense is crazy talented but surprisingly weak against the run and eventually Lamar will get laid out like Vick did trying one-too-many jukes.

Hell of a talent though, and damn i loved seeing them beat the Pats

I understand he would not have the same success because they are the Ravens and we are the Dolphins. Comparing Ozzie Newsome to Grier is like comparing Gase to Bellichek. But man it would be fun. Lamar throwing to Parker and Williams, instantly making our ground game better. Just the excitement factor alone.

Vick actually had a pretty long career all things considered. Quite frankly I would take two playoff years like Lamar is delivering over the 7 years of mediocrity that Tanny gave us.

Ross was right. Crazy to say it but true.
I'd like to think we would have the same success with us, but every team has different schemes, coaches and supporting casts.
He is exciting to watch though.

Behind this current line? I don't doubt he'd have some success and make some big plays, but it's hard to imagine him being as dominant. That Baltimore team also plays defense and runs the ball well. Miami doesn't do either right now. With Jackson, at least they'd be averaging more than 60 yards a game. I can see that for sure.

Wow.
Gotta tip your cap to the Ravens. 48 rushes, 23 passes, and they piled up 45 points. Wow. Of those, Lamar had 8 rushes for 95 years, and was 15 of 20, for 5 TDs. Wow.

The thing is though is you sort of have to build your talent base around this. Scheming to stop it is a1, having the personnel to stop it is a2. Its one of the reasons we wanted Minkah to be a special player, not just a special free safety. maybe we should've allowed him to be a FS while we worked on him being special when we encountered offenses like these. If i remember the falcons game back in the days it seemed like maybe we shadowed Vick with JT (i could be way off), i know the panthers pretty much did it with peppers.

one of the things is, it seems like most teams are going with the faster DL that can get to the QB's where with an offense like the ravens, i would think you would almost need the bigger DL that will require the OL to hold their blocks and leave the LB's or spies more free to roam. So that brings you to the issue of...if LJ keeps up this production for another year, do you start looking more at bigger DL that can keep the OL from opening up the gaps and attempt to make him work more from the pocket (and yes i know his throwing is alot better, but most of it is cause of the D being so scared of the run), but at the same time then that is gonna make the team suspect to some of the great pocket QB's because you dont have that interior pass rush. Damned if you do, damned if you dont.
