...you'll know why he didn't finish the game. I was listening to 790 the ticket today and the guy sitting in for OJ quoted Schulters from somewhere about Moulds being a spitter. The whole conversation was pretty interesting. I guess Lance was very straighforward with the issue, and pretty much put it on the table for Moulds to look at. I would rather not lose Schulters to ejection but I sure would be proud of him for stompin a mudhole in Moulds <sitting unit>. I also heard some conversation to the effect that JP was benched because Malarky was afraid of what Sabans blitz packages would do to him. The cool part was the question; when was the last time we were in another teams head a week before we played them? Fear of our defensive packages actually forced them to make a personell change...at QB too. Another consideration is we really, according to our boys, have not showed much of our playbook. That would mean just the fear of what Saban MIGHT do scared them enough to make changes. Naw, we're not in Malarky's head. ..hahahahaha...The fun has begun!

If moulds spit on me I wouldn't be the only one taken out of the game

but at least I wouldn't be leaving on a stretcher

interesting way to look at it, but i think you give us too much credit.

Losman is benched because he is stinkin it up. with 90 yards a game and under 50% comp. percentage, its no wonder. i'd bench him too.

Once the bills drop a few more games (with Holcomb), they'll realize the season is lost and START Losman to help get the growing pains over with. it is the same situation we were looking at last year/early this year.... might as well play the rookie and get experience, you aren't going to the playoffs this year.

a wee bit sensitive eh

I think it had more to do with player on the team making it clear they want to win and JP not giving them the best chance to do that Sunday. I do think though that you are right about not having shown all our blitz's. It will take quite a while for Saban to implement all the ideas he has in his head.

That part about Losman makes me so incredibly happy, if that is true it looks like teams are starting to hate playing us like Saban wanted.

nice post. Spitting in a players face is lower than low and wud justify a smack in the mouth IMO. Shame we havnt got Bua anymore cos if he laid one on Moulds the guy wud be spitting teeth! Imagine if he spitted in Roth's face? OMG  ;)

we need to bring back bryan cox and sign him to a one game contract
