What happened to him is he with the fins or on an other team?

Last I heard he was talking to Seattle but nothing ever came of it. His agent said that he wouldn't be returning to Miami. I still think we should sign him if he lowers his price. He deserves to get paid after a great season last year though.

Well that FOX sports fantasy list, noted in an earlier thread, has Schulters listed as a top 30 DB and playing for Miami. Shows you what the creator of that list knows.

Alex Marvez of the sun-sentinel had the latest update on May 10:

Schulters remains unsigned despite leading the Dolphins in interceptions last season with four as a 16-game starter at free safety. Schulters isn't expected back with the Dolphins, who drafted Jason Allen in the first round and signed Deke Cooper in free agency. Agent Brian Levy said Tuesday night that Schulters has received interest from three franchises and is weighing "which team has the best chance to win now. That is the most important thing to him at this stage of his career."

We'll wait for the June 1st cuts and if Schulters is willing to lower his price, I wouldn't mind if we re-signed him. He did have 4 key ints this season, more than anyone else on the team.

Soon as someone has an injury he will get snapped up. I am suprised somebody like greenbay didnt sign him.

Wow, I never thought about that but Green Bay would be a great fit for him. They are trying to rebuild that defense.

So did Sammy Knight when we had him back in 04'. But as you can see we had the personnel to replace him. With that said, the same follows with Schulters....now that we drafted Jason Allen...picked up Renaldo Hill and still have Travares Tillman and lets not forget honorable mention Yeremiah Bell :)

Shulters is gone and not coming back.He can't tackle anyway.

He had that intimidation factor tho, he sure could hit . . coverage was below average and so was tackling, but sometimes that intimidation is the biggest quality a safety can have . . with that being said, we don't need him, we got our safeties . . if he comes back he probably doesn't start anyways.
