Landon Collins?

He looks like he might well be among the best value picks available when #14 comes around.

Does he make sense for Miami?

He looks to be more of a SS to me, could he team with Jones or would he be redundant?

However, you were nice to him on coverage. He can't cover and would be a liability. Box safety who is murder against the run. One trick pony and that means teams can scheme him out.

The absolute best Safety in this draft is DERRON SMITH from Fresno state. The can do it all and do it well. Excellent in pass coverage and can actually play the run.

I really have no idea how Landon Collins got the best safety award for this draft. I have 3 more I would take over him. IBRAHAIM CAMPBELL is one and CHRIS HACKET and a kid I have seen a lot of here, DAMARIUS RANDALL from az state. He is my second fav safety and has legit corner skills where he could land in the nfl. He can lay the lumber and cover.

That's value.

All those guys are better all around safety's and would fit nicely besides Jones.

Landon Collins is the most over rated player in this draft. He and Scherff are the top two and wouldn't want either. Scherff is the anti zbs scheme player but everyone is clamoring for him. Odd.

Collins is going to fall in this draft as its a bombs away nfl now and if you cant cover, especially as a db, your damn near worthless.

I agree with a lot of that. Randall's my favorite S, because I think he has the best tools to impact the passing game, and he's also very good and instinctive around the LOS. Something in the water at TCU this year, but Hackett's Combine was about as bad as Dawson's. Instinctive player, but 4.8 is hard to swallow.

I agree with what you're saying about the safeties but how is Scherff the anti ZBS player? Tell me who in this draft has better short area quickness at Guard or Tackle than Scherff?
