Landry a near certainty for extension & Stills negotiations have to be good for both

like I wrote before, you don't overspend on receivers. If Stills wants to stay, he needs to not be greedy. Plus, whenever players are in a contract year they play great. Once they get paid? Done.
 
Stills is gonna want to get paid. Might not work out
 
Get Landry Locked up NOW please... then Ill start thinking about Stills... Stills is good but he is replaceable!
 
I love Landry but I'm using his drops (like the one that hit him right in the chest when the QB got decapitated. Had he caught that, the Ajai 15 yard foul wouldn't have hurt so much as we still would have netted field position. Also, I'm using his idiotic antics as leverage as well. They hurt the team. Anyone think Bill Belichik would tolerate that ****? He's worth whatever we pay him as his intangibles are off of the charts. I'd like to see him grow up though.

BB actually had ocho cinco so I'm sure he would take Stills

I like the Parker Stills Landry Combination. Hopefully they can conserve it. I really like the idea of 2 burners (Parker, Stills) and one possession (Landry) more than 1 burner (parker) and 2 possessions (Landry, Caroo). Speed kills, we had so many years with all lumbering possession WR's and it never worked.

I dont think they have alot of leverage with Landry TBH... I think there are a good amount of teams that will overpay if he makes it to FA, and both the Fins and Landry's agent know this..
 
He would take him but Jarvis would not do the 15 yard post play nonesense in NE.

you are probably right - I just want to see the kid grow up - learn to be more controlled yet still have that great edge to him ala Steve Smith did for so long. The post play penalties are unnecessary and they are killers.
 
Stills is a phenomenal tracker when the ball is in the air. Incredible adjustment ability and we need to do everything within reason to keep him here. We are set with Landry, Stills and Parker and we don't need to spend time this offseason on things we don't have to.
 
Landry was never in doubt

we need to bring Stills back
 
What's the franchise tag for a WR? I wonder if stills is worth the tag being there is no obvious player Miami should tag this year.
