:dolphins: I know that Yeremiah Bell played pretty well for the most part at strong safety but this kid LaRon Landry is the real deal and the BPA at #9 after Russell or probably before Leon Hall....just check out these highlight videos of his :

Just imagine him and Jason Allen at the safety positions.....should be one of the best safety pairs in the near future......thoughts?:dolphins:

No doubt he is an awesome player, but i still think we must draft offense in the 1st round. Either a LT, WR, or maybe a QB.

No man we wen't safety in the 1st round last year and look where it got us. We have a Safety with a bumb hip who isn't even starting. How about we invest in the O-line/D-line or QB positions first.

please no more secondary players picked in the 1st rd...i say we need a big time speed wr or qb or even better the best OL left in the 1st rd.. iwonder if there any chance to trade out of that pick and maybe get a later 1st rd pick and another 2nd rd pick to go with it...who knows proble not gonna happen anyways

I think Landry will be a stellar Safety, and would love to see us take him if he is BPA. Just because we took a Safety last year doesn't mean we can't (or shouldn't) this year. There are 2 safety spots after all, and our secondary certainly needs the help. I don't care what position we draft at #9, so long as it isn't RB, and it's BPA.
